Despite all the changes in our lives, there has been one constant throughout.

Video games.We love them.

We loved arguing over Oddjob. We loved the taking on a t-rex with dual pistols. We loved the frustration and sweet victory in switching portal positions at just the right second. Most of all, we love that we now get to share that enjoyment with our kids.

There are so many great games out there, and it’s been amazing to see both what the large developers and the small indie developers have put out there for the world to enjoy.

Having played so many, the games that have stayed with us are those that pull you in, that make you forget it’s a game, that have you invest in the story of the characters and the outcomes that are dependent upon the actions you take (even if you don’t know you are making them).

This is what Heid Games is aiming to achieve with our own games.
